  Pantyhose

  something that has facinated me since i started reading and posting on this board was the whole "women must always wear pantyhose" idea... .

  the thought sometimes crosses my mind as to whether or not there were any differences in the borg from country to country - but the only issue i have come across is the pantyhose one.

  in south africa, to the best of my knowledge, while i was "in", this was not a requirement - we only wore stockings if the weather required it.

  10 kilograms and still going strong!

  for those of you who followed my weight watchers thread (http://www.jehovahs-witness.com/6/157445/1.ashx) ... i am so excited to announce that this week i hit the 10 kg mark (22lbs) .

  this is going so well and i am feeling very proud of myself, and also looking a lot better.. .

  Another week, Another Loss. 0.2kgs this time round... Total Loss is now 11 Kgs!

  I had to buy new jeans this week - 2 sizes down!

  So it seems that this was a very area specific rule - depending on how big the carrots up the local elderrs butts were?

  I always like wearing black stockings - they make your legs look fantastic!!!

  Come to think of it, I dont recall men having to wear their jackets on FS either. They did have to wear them for talks and so on, but otherwise, not a big issue.

  Just an observation - any thoughts welcome.

  Ahh you know - life goes on 'ey?

  It is winter here in the Southern Hemisphere and the kids are full of the usual winter germs - always a juggling act trying to balance work and home - but still managing to keep the balls in the air, so all is good! For myself - all is well - I am still losing weight - a good thing most definitly! My mother is out of my hair most of the time and I find myself feeling less and less angry.

  Of great concern is whether Mr Princess Daisy Boo will have a job in a few months time. Will Himself suvive the cut of one third of the workforce? Perhaps we will come out of this retrenchment scenario unscathed, and by Christmas time, we will be battling to remember was the fuss was? Perhaps this will be the catalyst that either makes Himself change jobs after 14 years? Perhaps this might give us the final push as a family to emigrate?

  I love the way the rain makes the earth smell

  Thats what I am talking about Mrs Jones! Thought of something else - The smell of "Jasmine" and "Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow" in early spring - this scent is guaranteed to make me happy because winter is over and summer is on the way - my mom always made sure she planted these in whichever house we lived in growing up! What about the smell of toast, but only when made by someone other than yourself - have you ever noticed that? This is such a pretty thread!

  hey all,.

  just thought i'd check out all the hoopla with this site.since i can't phone home without my parents being on here and talking to me at the same time.. anyone elses parents huge apostates?

  i keep telling my mom my dad she write a book on jw's,all he needs are some good typing skills and he'd be off.. i am wondering if anyone knows about any support groups for addicted computer users?
